Part of BOLD’s mission is to find strategic synergies within the L’Oréal ecosystem. This involves working with our portfolio companies to help them transform their promising innovations into solutions which have the potential to be deployed at global scale.

At this year's BOLD forum, Tanguy de Labrouhe (Digital Innovation Director, L'Oréal) and Omar Tawakol (CEO, Rembrand) discussed this topic sharing their strategic framework for scaling innovations.

Success starts with thinking scale from day one, aligning markets, brands, and business models from the beginning. Rembrand, a BOLD portfolio company, demonstrates this approach by transforming advertising through seamless product integration in content. Working with L'Oréal CDMO team enabled the company to co-create a strong strategy, partnering with brands such as Garnier, Lancôme and roll-out to new countries.
